なぜ、原発は廃炉や解体ができないのでしょうか。それは、原発は水と蒸気で運転されているものなので、運転を止めてそのままに放置しておくと、すぐサビが来てボロボロになって、穴が開いて放射能が漏れてくるからです。原発は核燃料を入れて一回でも運転すると、放射能だらけになって、止めたままにしておくことも、廃炉、解体することもできないものになってしまうのです。
