最近始めたことだが、
脳内で、お店の商品説明文の後ろに「だから買え！」をつけて読んでいる。

「肌に優しい素材を使用しています。だから買え！」
「リサイクルしやすい形状になっています。だから買え！」

これで購入意欲が数割減少し、衝動買いもさらに減りました。
